3. Netherlands
The Dutch agricultural sector actively recruits international workers, particularly in livestock farming and horticulture. Both paid internships and full employment contracts are available. 5. Saudi Arabia

The kingdom actively recruits from East Africa, and visa sponsorship is standard for these roles.
